Lindblum

After Alexandria’s tragic destruction you’ll find yourself back in Lindblum. Upon waking have Zidane search the room for an Elixir and an Egoists Armlet. Mogki will ask you to deliver a letter to Moodon.

When you go to leave the room Blank stops you. If you ask about Dagger he’ll tell you she’s upstairs by the telescope. If you choose the other option he’ll tell you to meet Cid in the throne room. Whichever you choose go to see Dagger first.

After talking to Dagger head to the royal chamber. If you’d like you can also stop in on your friends in the conference room.

After the conference begins you’ll find out that Dagger has lost her voice. Go see her in the guest room Eventually the conference will resume.

Talking with Cid you’ll find out about a plan to return Cid to human form. You’ll need to search the city for the Unusual Potion, Strange Potion, and Beautiful Potion.

Your first stop on the potion quest is the theatre district. After you exit the station you may meet up with Kal and Wei, the Burmecian couple you rescued. After that head to Michael’s house. He’ll tell you to search his studio for the potions. The Strange Potion is in the corner by the stairs. Don’t forget to pick up the Lapis Lazuli from the chest.

Now head for the Tantalus hideout. After getting the potion don’t forget to go raid the hideout for gil. When you’re done head to the business district.

Don’t forget to stop and visit Moodon at the Inn; you should have a letter for him. You should also check out the town shops for upgrades. One screen up from the Inn search on the far left for the Sagittarius Stellazio. In Gon’s house you’ll find an Elixir and a Remedy. You’ll get the Beautiful Potion from Alice at the ruined item shop. Once you’ve got them all head back to Cid’s throne room.

Dr. Tot applies the potion but it doesn’t restore Cid to human form. Nevertheless, the party still makes plans to find Kuja. They will sail to the outer continent on the Blue Narciss and confront the Black Mages about Kuja. You’ll need to ride to the Serpent’s Gate on the lower level. Search at the back of the landing point for a Chimera Armlet. Then go outside. Here Quina will rejoin your party.

It’s highly recommended you do some sidequests at this point but your ultimate destination is the Black Mage Village.
