You’ll find out from him that you must be married before you can go to the Sanctuary. Dagger agrees instantly. After the ceremony you can choose one of two responses. If you choose the first option Vivi and Quina sneak past the guards. If you choose the second option they’ll get married. When all is said and done go to the Mountain Path.
