Remove them first and Combat Clinic as needed. Mission 27 - Mithridates, The LoneMark: Mithridates Cie'th Stone Location: Taejin's Tower - The Cloven Spire Mark Location: Taejin's Tower - Ground Tier Rank: B Unlock Condition: Defeat Dahaka Reward: Blaze Ring Secondary Reward: Bomb Core x6 To access Mithridates you first need to use the Menhirrim on the top of the Cloven Spire to reach the Seventh Tier. The Seventh Tier must be rotated to allow for the main elevator to travel from the Cloven Spire to the Ground tier without interruption. You must ride the elevator from the apex to the ground to bring out Mithridates. Lightning resistant accessories are useful for this fight. Keep Combat clinic on hand and a paradigm utilising a Synergist. Once staggered, hit it hard. This mark is much easier after end-game. Mission 28 - Faded GloryMark: Ceratosaur Cie'th Stone Location: Oerba - Village Proper Mark Location: Oerba - Village Proper Rank: C Unlock Condition: None Reward: Giant's Glove Secondary Reward: Bomb Shell x5 Agression in a stronger party can handle this group pretty well. If Agression doesn't work attempt this fight with the help of a Sentinel. Mission 29 - Faltering FaithMark: Juggernaut Cie'th Stone Location: Mah'habara - Maw of the Abyss Mark Location: Taejin's Tower - The Palisades Rank: B Unlock Condition: Complete Mission 20 Reward: Uraninite Secondary Reward: Mobius Coil x3 Interestingly enough in order to activate this mission you must first defeat the Juggernaut guarding the Cie'th stone. Using a saboteur is a must. Juggernaut periodically stops to remove status ailments giving a respite in the assault. Once staggered switched to Cerberus to take down this thing faster. Also the launch ability works well on this box of metal. Mission 30 - Syphax, The InsidiousMark: Syphax Cie'th Stone Location: Archylte Steppe - Haerii Oldroad Mark Location: Mah'habara - Abandoned Dig Rank: B Unlock Condition: Reach Sulyya Springs Reward: Uraninite Secondary Reward: Bomb Core x6 The Cie'th stone is only accessible via Chocobo. This hunt should not be attempted before characters reach level 4 roles. This fight starts with a group of Nimidia. Keep pounding them till the Syphax appears. Double commando(Aggression) helps for the beginning since the Nimidia are easily killed without staggering. Once Syphax arrives focus on removing it. It summons more Nimidia if left to its own devices. Mission 31 - Newfound PurposeMark: Pulsework Champion Cie'th Stone Location: Archylte Steppe - Haerii Archaeopolis Mark Location: Archylte Steppe - Haerii Archaeopolis Rank: B Unlock Condition: Complete Mission 30 Reward: Perfect Conductor x3 Secondary Reward: Crystal Oscillator x2 This stone is behind the paling removed by Mission 30. Remove the three Seekers first before focussing on staggering the Mark. Mission 32 - And Then There Was OneMark: Amam Cie'th Stone Location: Vallis Media - Earthen Bosom Mark Location: Archylte Steppe - Western Branchland Rank: B Unlock Condition: Reach Mah'habara Reward: Glass Buckle Secondary Reward: Bomb Shell x5 Amam heal themselves with storm conduction.
