Full Throttle is Paine's Special Dressphere. Although Paine is your only party member when you use it, the dressphere still functions as a three part group. The main body focuses on elemental attacks while the dextral wing damages enemies and causes status effects. The Sinstral Wing has the potential to increase the entire party's stats or decrease enemy stats. In order to use this dressphere Paine must change through all the garments on her garment grid to open up the ability to change to the special dressphere. The best grid to use with special dresspheres is Unerring Path. Also, to fully access Full Throttle's potential you need to upgrade it by finding two items. To get "Break HP Limit" you must acquire Victor Primoris which is hidden in a treasure chest on the Mi'ihen Highroad. You'll need to ride a Chocobo to the northernmost curve of the highroad. Wait in the gap until the chocobo offers to jump. The first time it will go for a chest but the second time you'll jump down to get the Victor Primoris. To gain "Break Damage Limit" you'll need Corpus Invictus which you can find in the Thunder Plains secret dungeon in chapter 5. Open the stone walls to find the chest.
