The Black Mage Dressphere depends on elemental magic attacks. It's important to make good use of the Focus ability to increase the potency of the Mage's magic. Also, you should use the MP Absorb ability to keep MP high. The Black Mage has a low HP so it's necessary to have other party members to defend the mage and restore lost HP.
Location: Mount Gagazet Opening - defeat Boris.
