After Tidus' game with the binoculars talk to Wakka. Now its time to explore the ship. head to the back of the ship and go below deck. After meeting O'aka talk to him again. He'll as you to loan him gil. For more information go to the Oaka Sidequest page.

Now go in the door on the left. The chest here contains a Remedy. Also, if you kick the suitcase on the right you'll get a Potion. You can do this three times. Now go back to the other room and head to the room below O'aka. In this room you'll find a Chocobo. In the bottom right hand corner you'll find Al Bhed Primer III.

Now go back on deck and go look for Yuna. Listen to what the crowd has to say and talk to Wakka again. Then go talk to Yuna.

This battle starts out with Tidus, Kimahri, and Yuna but you can bring in other people. You should switch out Yuna and have Lulu use any black magic on the sin fin. Sin dispatches three sinscales at a time so use Kimahri and Tidus to get rid of two. You can then bring in Wakka. He, Lulu and Kimahri (Lancet) are the only ones with long range attacks. Also, Yuna can bring in Valefor if things get bad. After this battle Tidus gets swept overboard and Wakka jumps after him where another boss battle ensues. Tidus and Wakka must be alive at the end of the encounter to get any AP for BOTH encounters.

You'll want to right away use Wakka's Dark Attack to blind the sinspawn. This will reduce the number of attacks that hit you. Ignore the sinscales and focus on the main boss. Echuilles uses two Drain Touch attacks and then uses its Blender attack which hits both party members for a lot of HP. You'll want to heal up after this attack if your HP is too low. Just keep attacking, using Dark Attack when needed to keep it blinded.
