Stellazzio Coins
On your journeys you might pick up Zodiac Coins called Stellazzio. They're of interest to you because the Queen of Treno, Queen Stella, collects them and she's willing to reward you handsomely if you give them to her.
Collect them throughout the game (you can get all but the last two before disc 4). Then return to the Queen for each reward. After you collect 12 Stellazzios and received the rewards from Stella she'll mention that something seems missing. Tell her there's another coin and she'll return all 12 to you and ask you to use the clues on the back of them to find the last coin.
The order you bring the coins doesn't matter. The rewards are based on how many coins you've brought. They are as follows:

Note:The Hammer is a weapon that cannot be equipped but allows you to forge more than one item from Hades (see Hades Guide). Also, if you have it in your inventory you can see an additional scene in the ending of the game.
The Stellazzio are scattered throughout the world. Here are all of their locations:
