Two years after Cloud and his crew saved the planet a strange sickness begins to spread throughout the population, a disease known as the "star-scar syndrome." Also, an old enemy has returned. For Cloud the past just won't die. Unfortunately it's up to him to face his inner demons and return as the hero the world needs.
