Scene: Chapter 4
Location: Moonflow
Dear Diary,
Well, Tobli certainly has made a mess of things. When we got to the Moonflow there were debt collectors everywhere. No wonder Tobli wasn't anywhere in sight. We decided to follow the debt collectors to see where that led us. When we walked past the debt collectors Tobli popped up and the chase was on. We followed him all the way to the Moonflow banks where we lost track of him again. We tried checking out the passenger waiting area but the debt collectors had that blocked off so we decided to backtrack up the path. We kept going until we found a debt collector gasping for breath. While the collector was down Tobli made a break for it and ran south. We followed him until he jumped on a scooter and tore back the way we'd come. Tobli crashed into the wagon by the banks but there was no sign of him anywhere.
After thinking awhile we went to the Shoopuf dock and crossed the Moonflow. We then chased Tobli all the way to Guadosalam.
